"This property is in terrible disrepair! One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! One elevator was broken, the only ice machine was broken, the room had minimal towels, the shower curtain was so short, the bathroom flooded and we didn't have much to clean it up with. We cut our trip short and forfeited nearly $200 (prepaid room plus extra parking we weren't told about ahead of time!"

"It was downtown and close to things we were hoping to do the next day. We left from there to the cruise port. It was very busy at the cruise port but we made it in time for our cruise without a problem. Staff was kind and the room was nice. Beds were comfortable and food was good in the morning."

"Indigo is a beautiful hotel well run staff is wonderful with an enormous ego. The rooms were very nice. The building next-door was a mess and under total construction there is no view from the hotel. We were able to walk from the hotel all over the place, which was great. The location is very convenient to Walgreens CVS Brickles Mall restaurants Miami Avenue. Miami is a very crowded town. "
