With high end furnishings throughout, 5 BR, 4 BA, a Garage Game Room, and private Hot Tub this destination is sure to please! There’s ample room to relax in 3 luxurious gathering spaces; the great room features a state of the art kitchen, the garage game room, and the bonus-bedroom TV Lounge. This large home sleeps up to 16 comfortably. This home welcomes dogs, woof!

ENTERTAINMENT:
You and your guests will love relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a ledge stone gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV, and soaring 25’ vaulted ceilings. The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 14 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.

Just outside the great room is a comfortable outdoor living space with big views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.

BEDROOMS:
* 1st main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV w/Dish Network and a private bath with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and a large tub.
* 2nd main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent full bath with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite has a king bed, a TV w/Dish Network and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen guest bed and is supported by a hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd floor bonus bunkroom has a twin/full bunk bed w/a twin trundle, a twin/full bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a TV.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

Perfect for our Mom’s weekend away.

Great location for walks and hikes. Just the right amount of space for our group of 7, and the house was very thoughtfully stocked.Just a bit dusty, with remnants of a recent party before our visit. Nothing our group couldn’t manage.

Good cabin

I went to this cabin with a few couples and two kids for a winter weekend out of the city. The cabin had plenty of space and was well furnished. The hot tub was also a nice bonus and the location was amazing. Mattresses and bedding were all comfortable and the towels were clean and nice. Plus we saw deer, which the kids were so excited about.I will say that the one part we did find lacking was the kitchen. There was barely enough glassware for our group of 12 and we had to do dishes constantly between meals. Luckily the dishwasher ran a decently quick cycle. Also, we only stayed for a weekend and the single fridge in the kitchen did not have enough room for the food we wanted to keep cold. We put items outside since the weather was cold enough to keep things chilled - so we found a solution. Summer time you might want to bring some coolers if you have a large group and plan on cooking/staying in. Also, the kitchen had zero salt, pepper, or oil/butter so we had to run to the store to get those basics. Again, not a huge deal, but something you might want to know before you leave home. Oh, and the TV is mounted over 6’ off the ground, so it’s wildly high. Not bad for a single weekend, but it would probably be a pain in the neck (literally) if you stayed for much longer. Overall these are still such minor things in the scheme of this gorgeous cabin that they’re more footnotes than drawbacks and I still stand behind my 5 star rating.

Comfortable and spacious stay

This house has plenty of space for the 14 of us and everything was clean and kitchen was mostly well-stock (though you just need to try hard to find things because there are tons of cabinet!). Overall, my friends and family had a relaxing stay in Suncadia and was able to drive to nearby parks, hikes, and lakes for a rejuvenating retreat!

Amazing Home !

My family and I travelled from BC to celebrate my moms 60th birthday. This home was the perfect environment for this. Communicating with the hosts was simple and easy. We had a few complications with the tv but once the hosts were contacted, we had someone come fix the issue the following day. I would definitely recommend to all and be returning myself. 👍

Perfect House for our Mid-Winter Break Getaway!

We brought our two kiddos to this home to meet up with my parents for their mid-winter break. The house was laid out so well - the kids always had something to do AND we didn’t have to hear their excited sounds in the main room, ha. We all spent hours in the game room, a fair amount of time in the hot tub, and roasted marshmallows by the fire. It was absolutely lovely. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and so well decorated, the view of the golf course is spectacular and so fun to watch the golfers come by. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We had a party of 8 and the way the home is set up everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to not feel crowd. We would stay here again. Thank you to the owners. You have gone above and beyond to make this vacation home feel so comfortable.

Wonderful

Beautiful home, very comfortable and welcoming for our family Christmas. Large kitchen had everything we needed for our family meals. A beautiful Christmas tree graced the living room and was perfect for gathering with family, playing board games and gift opening. The beds were very comfortable and the Hot Tub was enjoyable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed going for walks in the winter wonderland. Our family all enjoyed a white Christmas together at this beautiful home.

Great property for a group getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend here with a group of friends and their children. The rooms were all very nice, and we loved the open kitchen + dining + living room. The game room was a nice place for evening activities and the hot tub got a fair bit of use as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Unfortunately, this was not our first choice as the house we booked went from pet free to pet friendly. We asked if we could have an early check in and was told to ask again later. I asked multiple times with no answer. We did get a bit later check out finally after asking repeatedly for that also. This house is right on the trail so there is limited privacy. The hot tub did not work at all. We have been renting a house 2x a year for multiple years and will definitely not use this one.

When we booked we should have been told that a home was actively under construction right next door! Fortunately impacts were nominal but we would not have been happy if contractors were moving dirt or putting up siding.

Loved our stay!

The house is beautiful! It was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. You will not have use of the resort swimming pools. But Dawson park is great and there's lots to do nearby.
