"Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location."

"Pretty gross honestly. Lots of mold in bathroom. Definitely mot what we were expecting from the previous reviews. Thankfully we just needed a quick couple hours of sleep and even that was too much time there. "

"Would definitely stay here again when visiting Elkhart. Easy access from highway/toll road. Easy to get to South Bend. Helpful staff. Close to restaurants. Really solid continental breakfast!"

"We checked in after midnight due to an event we attended in the area. The check in took almost 15 min. The employee was very slow. The room looked nice at first. The tub has soap scum and the toilet has a mildew black ring that occurs with irregular cleaning. Breakfast ends at 9 on Sunday which is quite ridiculous. It did the purpose for one night, however would not stay there again."

"Hotel is beautiful. Such a unique building, well maintained and clean. We stayed Friday-Sunday. We would have loved to have a drink at the hotel bar, however it was closed both nights. Many other restaurants in walking distance. We did receive a tornado warning on our phones in the middle of the night. I thought we would have been notified by hotel staff as to how to seek proper shelter. No call came. We did call the front desk and they directed us to the basement. After waiting in the basement with a few other guests we were provided an update on the weather from hotel staff and that it was safe to return. Onsite parking was a great plus. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are well stocked and large. Would highly recommend, and would book again."

"Great hotel but a little hard to find. They need a bigger sign at the street corner to find it. The rooms were clean spacious and great beds. I was a little sad breakfast was over by 930 so I did not get to have it. I was expecting it be till 10 on the weekend. The hotel is close to the turnpike shopping and restaurants. I will stay here again when traveling."
