The hotel was run down, carpet in the room was dirty, shower curtain was absolutely disgusting and they had no extra pillows. The only positive is the convenient location and the shuttle to the games. For what they charge, invest some of that money to update and clean!

The lobby was clean and smelled good. The hotel could definitely use some updating but for one night it met all of our needs. There was plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. That’s all that was expected at the price point we paid. I didn’t utilize the breakfast so I can’t speak to that particular amenity. I would stay here again (and probably will next year when I bring my daughter back to school). Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room has seen better days. Unfortunately the bathroom, more specifically the toilet was not clean. The shower drain was extremely slow, water backed up while showering. The room furniture looked dirty and very worn.

First of all the hotel was advertised as a Best Western. I have a picture showing where the hotel name was pulled off. That’s false advertising. Second the parking lot lighting was very dark and I didn’t feel my car was safe. Third there were two dresser drawers that wouldn’t close and I bumped my leg into them multiple times. The lamp shades had holes. I disappointed that there was no usb ports to charge my devices. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water was nice and hot.
