« The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. »

« So just went to this place 4/3- my honest opinion. Check in was easy and they had snacks . Bonus!! We were in building 3 and when we walked through the building door I had a bad feeling as there were only stairs, and they looked old. Got to the room and we had two bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living area and a bar with stools and a kitchen table. I brought my adult children and it was perfect.
