"This hotel is historical, has charm. The decor is outdated but is part of the charm. It is in a great location in the plaza so it was easy to access and centrally located. In our suite there was no central air so the bedroom got warm at night. The Internet connection was intermittent and weak. If you want to stay for the history and charm then it is good but we would choose to stay in a more luxury place next time."

"We did not have hot water and engineer could not fix the problem. Bath tub had ants. Next morning room was flooded. Hotel staff offered that the manager would comp our room or provide a gift card of equal compensation and three weeks later after many calls to management no response."

"This is a great place to stay in Taos. It's so cute, clean and well maintained. Staff if very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and included. They also have cookies, chips and salsa, and green chile stew in the afternoon. It's an incredible value and we will definitely return on our next trip to Taos."

"This is a fantastic house for large groups. The house is extremely well-appointed, all the way down to a cuisinart and ping pong balls. Lincoln was super helpful. The hottube was great. House was very clean and comfortable. The yards front and back were so nice for chatting with tremendous views. Loved it. "
