"The grounds are beautiful, bursting with flowers that are clearly well tended to. Room itself has nice charm and a beautiful view of the lake. We arrived extremely late due to a flight delay, but we were met by a member of their staff who drove to the hotel after midnight to check us in. They also reached out to arrange our airport pickup, which was really appreciated. Staff was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. "Hotel located bit far from the central. nice view, top of hill near the Lago Argentina. Room was clean but looks old. WiFi was extremely slow and at times didn’t work. "

"Ok place, but far from downtown, laundry no longer available, our room was definitely dated (but our friends' room was much better)."

"The thing we liked the most was the location, right in the middle of the main avenue. We could arrange our tours, meals and shopping just one step from the hotel. However the staff was not welcoming, hard to reach and for our departure they called us a remise that ended up charging us a very expensive rate to the airport. Breakfast is a joke, only found crackers and fruitcakes, juice and coffee."

"Adorable and cozy cabins located right on Lago Argentino. Pablo the owner was so incredibly kind and welcoming, and helped us with whatever we needed including calling us taxis and lending us a can opener! The beds were comfortable and once we figured out how to turn up the water heater, we had plenty of hot water. WiFi didn’t quite reach to our cabin though. "
