"Nice, well maintained hotel . Near beaches. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a distance away from the central area, but that makes it a quiet place to end your day. We rented a car, so the distance may have bothered us more if we didn't have the car . But really most attractions are spread out so a car is necessary unless you want to uber everywhere. Balandra Beach was amazing! Highlight of our trip. As well as enjoying fresh seafood in the central area while watching Mexico play in the World Cup. The energy was palpable. Amazing trip!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! What stood out the most was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. The hotel had a very intimate, boutique feel, and it truly felt like everyone was there to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Ordering was quick and easy, and it was such a nice way to start the day without having to leave our bungalow. The pool was beautiful, especially with the incredible sunset views. The beach club was also a highlight, they offered drinks and food, and we had our own designated section of the beach, which made the experience feel very relaxing and private. Our bungalow was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed, especially the AC, which was definitely appreciated! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, intimate getaway with great service. 10/10 would recommend"

"The complex and amenities are excellent. The customer service from the front desk is exceptional. It is a big complex and you need to be transported by golf cart from place to place but it is not a problem because someone always answers at the front desk. The restaurants are delicious. We dined at Carbon and the views were spectacular. Will definitely stay here again."

"This property is lovely and the location right on the beach is very rare and beautiful. I will warn you though that since the beach is public, it can get loud and also have a lot of cigarette smoke that hits the pool and the unit at times. If that's not your jam, you might not like this at times, but most of the time it was quiet."

"Everything went really well. Only small issue was the pool was down for service but that happened after we arrived and was not anyone’s fault. The host explained the pool and private beach access at Hotel Indigo and Puerto beach and that was way better than staying near the house. Overall great trip and would use Nautilus and stay in Las Colinas again."
