Not up to the Marriot standard that I have found in the US ##### Verified traveller Stayed 4 nights in Jan 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Michael Apr 9, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities We chose this property for it's proximity to our diving centre. That was about the only good thing about it. We stayed a week and had no drawers so couldn't unpack. We were given 5 hangers. There were 3 of us and we were given 2 sets of (horrible) towels. Constantly had to ask for more; cleaning staff were lovely. Front desk staff ambivalent and not helpful at all; we asked for a water-side view a couple of times but they would just tell us to try the next day. The pool was cold and always packed at the end of the day; not sure if by hotel guests. Chairs at the pool are secured in place. No balconies, zero charm, way too expensive for what we got.
