« Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again! »

« We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. »

« Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. »

« We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again! »

« The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. »

« I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. »

« Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed....

« meme pas bonjour l employee demande le passeport ce qui est normal mais demande en plus une piece d i dentite supplemantaire. anormal on lui demande une chambre en hauteur elle nous repond que c est 10 dollars en plus que ns avons refuse de payer et le pire si vs etes placer vers l autoroute vs ne dormez pas de la nuit tellement bruyant. et j oubliais. odeurs de cigarette dans les chambres et dans le hall sinon la chambre est grande dommage »

« We enjoyed our stay, the elevator was down but the staff communicated that very well, and we are able to take the steps. Our room was nice, the housekeeper had missed some trash in the room. The breakfast meal was very good and though it was busy at the time we ate, there was plenty of food and coffee. »
