« I specifically booked a hotel with pool and hot tub as I need this amenity as I continue recovering from knee injury. I arrived to find the pool drained and facilities closed. The front desk basically shrugged. They did let me switch to a room across the hall when the first was in a dark corner. They also didn’t discuss parking fee and charged me for 3 days when I was only there for two. I’m not usually one to complain but this was disappointing experience. »
