« Bath tub was dirty. We cleaned it out. Not going to lie but the neighborhood where the house was a sketch. Lots of debris laying around, camper trailers parked around it. »

« The house and accommodations were excellent. The host made our stay comfortable and was easy to communicate with. I even mistakenly yelled out the door code in the front yard to my wife when returning from a day trip and, even though it was probably going to be fine, the host graciously changed it so we could rest easy. All in all, it was a great trip to Denver, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. »

« Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. Had no clue that there would be people upstairs (it’s at least not accessible) but the people above us had what sounded like...

« Lovely apartment so close to anything you want to do in Denver. Secure and clean, private but easy to reach the owner who lives in the house above. I will be back! »

« Great stay minutes from Golden. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor seating and quiet neighborhood. If I had to find areas of improvement it would be that the house could use some additional seating in the living room. We had 4 people and while the sofa sat 3 and there was another reclining chair, I have big kiddos and it was a little crowded. »

« This house is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything one needs for a short or long stay. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy access to get into Denver. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed my stay both times. »
