#### Fun rental close to the city

It's a duplex with a big yard. Four bedrooms inside with two full bathrooms. The main space is a bit tight with 6 adults around the pool table, but we enjoyed the table a lot. Owners communicated well. Home is 420 equipped. Just BYOB (buds) and enjoy!

Really enjoyed staying at this duplex. The neighborhood looked a little rough but it was very quiet neighborhood! The house offered so much to do!! I would suggest updating the board games. The master bedroom is downstairs whereas the rooms with multiple beds are upstairs. The only thing besides food the house did not provide was laundry soap if you want to do any laundry. Overall the property was very clean and organized and provides many of the necessities for your stay!! I would definitely recommend this property for any stay!!!! Thank you!

Great place to stay. Wasn't on the property much as we were out exploring Denver. Was really nice to soak in the hot tub after a long day of bar hopping! Hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with.
