BEAUTIFUL SOUL REJUVENATING MONTANA CABIN AND LOCATION

"Where to begin? We’ve been renting VRBOs for 30 years or so. I’d say this cabin is in our top 3 and probably #1 in most ways.First, the cabin is secluded at the top of its own little 26 acre hill. So quiet, we sat out on the porch or by the firepit in the evenings and heard NOTHING (except the crackling fire). And if you want an open view of about a million stars on a clear night…you got it! Several days, we were visited some local wild turkeys and deer.The cabin itself was very clean when we arrived, and looked very well cared for. The materials used for construction, floors, walls, cabinets, etc are perfect and very high quality. The décor is very tasteful and useful. There are lights everywhere and I think every one has a dimmer on the switch. Lots of high quality appliances, dinnerware, and utensils will make you want to cook your own meals while enjoying this place. The mattress on the bed that we used was super comfy as were the pillows. The cabin has lots of windows for viewing the beautiful thinned-out forest of pines on the surrounding acres.We met the owners when they dropped off some extra wood for the firepit…very nice folks.Lynn was very prompt with communication and even emailed a very detailed document regarding the cabin and local amenities. You can tell that they thought of every detail when they had this cabin build and furnished.The cabin is located minutes outside of Bigfork…close to everything you need and easy to get to."
River Lodge Tipi at Stepping Stone

"So much fun, but if you hate camping then it’s not for you. We were there mid September, temps in upper 40s to mid 50s. Unlike other reviews, we only saw 3 bugs. Two small mosquitoes in the half bath inside the warm studio, and one teensy spider in the Tipi. No grasshoppers. The host provided an additional large sleeping bag for us to put on the bed, which was very comfortable. My only regrets were that it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the stars, the cat never visited us at night (I’m sure he didn’t want to leave his warm chair in the shop), and we didn’t get the chance to see our host at work. We would definitely do it again!"

"The space was so relaxing. Large windows, spacious, uncluttered, simple and functional. We went for a walk around the area, very peaceful. Close to fishing lakes and restaurants. The studio tour was very interesting to see his commissions in the works and pictures of ones completed. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom spacious and has laundry facility. We will definitely try to stay here again."
Waterfront Island Cabin with Pontoon Boat

"Loved this house! House was clean, beds were super comfortable and the views were amazing. We loved having the boat trip back and forth each day. Kids did paddle boarding and swimming in the lake. Super comfortable and lovely and easy to explore Flathead lake and surrounding areas."

"This was such a beautiful cabin and property! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and all was clean and in good shape. The property was beautiful and we loved watching the wild turkeys and deer wander through the yard. We had a milk issue with check in (my fault) and the owners responded immediately. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I think the property overall was fairly good for the most part but there were some issues that our group had. In the picture, the house looks so beautiful but when we pulled up, the house looked a little run down. There was a lot of paint that was chipped from the front of the house, and the weeds were really high. The inside was clean and spacious. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The side doorknob was broke, so my brother-in-law had to fix it, the inside of the stove was super dirty, so we had to scrub it thoroughly before we could use it. Also, only one side of the BBQ worked, which made it take a long time to grill for a large party. There were no dish towels or paper towels, so we had to buy some. The fireplace bottom piece is hanging down as well. We couldn't get the internet to connect to the T.V. either. We did have a good stay and it worked for our group of 13 but hopefully they can fix some of the issues for the next guests."

"This was a very lovely large but cozy cabin overlooking the lake. The host was very responsive and got back to me quickly with answers. The property was clean and the beds were comfy. The back deck was very nice to sit out on and enjoy the scenery. There was a comfy family room to gather in. The kitchen was nicely supplied. We loved everything about this property. I highly recommend!!!"

"Home and property as advertised, plenty of space for us in the house. Beautiful view of mountains from back deck. Lots of games to keep kids entertained. House is in great location relative to Bigfork and about 45 minutes to glacier np."
