Perfect for 1–2 mature guests looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful stay close to Miami University, I-70, and the Preble County Fairgrounds. Easy no-contact check-in using a code, full kitchen, WiFi, and free parking. Guests have full access to the home, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathrooms. Entry is simple with easy.
Free off-street parking is available behind the property, and there’s always street parking out front on Deem Street. WiFi included. Non Smoking

The apartment was cozy, cute, clean, and quiet. It was easy to access. And my favorite part of any new stay is if I can easily walk places. A convenience store, multiple coffee shops, and the general downtown area are just a couple blocks away.
