"I've notice the carpet is very dirty. My kids walked around the room with no shoes and their feet was dark black. That shows me that the carpet haven't been deep clean at all. The shower handle falls off when your trying to shower. My son wanted to take a bath and the bathtubs drain cover doesn't work so he couldn't take a shower. The USB plug by the bed doesn't work. We had to use a box plug to charge our devices. But the pool was very clean. The front desk employee are very nice and helpful. The breakfast include was great. There are plenty of parking space. The one thing I love best is the early check in which they allowed me to check in even though I arrived way before 3pm. I got there at 12pm and the front desk was nice to let me check on early plus it was a hot day. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I though universal studio Hollywood was 30 min away but it was 1 hrs away. I would come back to this hotel for my next visit to Universal studio or Disneyland."
