Now it's on manager hands after call. No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that. Await and See. »

From the moment I arrived, hosts Stu and Steph went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. "Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre dont j'avais bien spécifié le nombre de personnes. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée le 1e matin et pourtant je n'avais pas mis la pancarte "Do not disturb". Le tapis et les rideaux dans la chambre avaient des taches. Le déjeuner manquait un peu de variétés. C'est vraiment dommage, car je m'attendais à mieux un hôtel de la chaîne Wyndham."
