Didn’t say anything about that until I saw in the email the next morning you need 24 hr in advance to get code for lock box key and did not even give me the correct contact info to get ahold of the owner. It ended up working out but the communication was horrible and I wasn’t sure if we actually had a confirmed place to stay. I only figured it out by searching the internet for the correct what’s app number of the host of the place and they didn’t get back to me until 3 hours before check in. Needless to say it was stressful. Even hotels.com couldn’t get ahold of anyone for us and said they could only help us if the owner didn’t get in touch with us one hour before we were to check in. FYI The beach in front is not the one in the picture. It is the beach next door. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a tour free of charge that was fun. They picked us up and we took a tour of some of the island. We were able to get off the small boat and get in the water. Water was nice and warm. My only complaint is there is no food substitutions for the all inclusive buffett. You cannot order anything outside of the food options that are already put out. That includes snacks. What you see is what you get. They had night shows every night presented by their "Animation Team". I liked the music and dancing. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!" They stated free transportation to the hotel but be never showed up and the we made another reservation for my brother coming home the next day and they never showed again even after calling them in the morning and reminding them and them reassuring me they would be there but didn’t show show again. Then we asked for transportation to the airport when leaving and they said they only had 9am and 12 but 9 was too early and 12 too late. We waited for a taxi at 11 and they were taking a group I asked what’s up with that and they said oh well we are going to pick someone up so we are taking them. They didnt come clean the room the last day and seamed like they didn’t care . Also they say beach front BUT ITS NOT!!!!
