"the room was very dim especially at night and only had few sources of light. for a 4 star hotel, the toilet was disappointing as it had minimal space. they also did not clear out excess rubbish and just did the bare minimum, not clearing out excess trash which was placed obviously at the door and meant to be taken out. they only provided a tissue box when we asked at the counter and did not provide one when they cleaned the room despite us almost running out . The bottom few tissues in the tissue box turned blue and was stained by the packaging. The room with the ocean view was not even facing the ocean, the ocean was only able to be seen at the corner of the balcony and the room was facing another hotel instead. otherwise, room was clean and had better lighting in the day from the balcony and staff was kind."

"Dirty, stinky, rude stuff. The gym was smelly and had no machines, just a couple of noisy treadmills and a few old dumbbells. Room was noisy and the view was terrible. Nothing to save here. Just stay away from this garbage. "
