Hyatt Regency Sydney
The hotel appears not to have enough working lifts to accommodate all guests. At times there was a 20 minute wait to get from the upper levels down to the ground floor. Mystery charges were also charged to my card after checking out with staff unable to give a reason why - am now waiting for the ...
