"Check in and check out was very brief. Simple and easy and the staff were polite and helpful. The only downfall we experienced was the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower were either empty or close to empty and the cleaning staff barged in the room three times with us being in the room even though I didn’t have the please clean room sign on the door. Not exactly ideal when we were trying to get changed after a shower and ready for the event we were there for. I asked them to come back so I could finish getting ready and they barged in the third time saying they need to clean it now as they need to head home for the day. They ended up cleaning the room while I was getting ready."
