Dog var der konstant sand på gulvet da dette kun blev fejet og ikke støvsuget eller vasket. Der manglede hver dag toiletpapir på badeværelset. Der var derudover meget få toiletter og bade til den mængde personer. Gode fælles rum og dejlig stort og rent køkken.
