"Hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially for our family travelling with a 3-year-old. Our only negative experience was with the parking support. The parking facility itself was very good and convenient, but unfortunately, the Meriton parking support staff we dealt with came across as arrogant and lacked basic customer service. This was disappointing and did not reflect the otherwise excellent service we received from the hotel staff. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would still recommend the hotel, particularly for families."

"Great apartment hotel. Five minutes walk to Kingston shopping centre where there’s a great selection of restaurants. The ground floor of the hotel has a great Italian and Korean restaurant."

"No one is ever at desk when we arrive after dinner. We talk to a wall to get in. The shower leaked all through bathroom. Use bio bags instead of plastic bin bags. Supply tea that's not been sprayed with chemicals."

"Great apartments to stay in. We have stayed at these apartments on a number of occasions - when we travel from Sydney to Canberra. Would highly recommend these apartments - excellent reception staff; clean, well laid out apartments, in a quiet area, and close proximity to Civic and other urban hubs."
