« It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again. »

« The hotel for being older was nice. I was a little shocked at the amount of rust and what looked like mold in the bath tub that we had in our room since we were staying in the romantic suite. The bed was super uncomfortable and it was hard which caused for not sleeping well. The breakfast was amazing though best breakfast we have had at a hotel in a long time. »

« The parking was free, which is huge in downtown Gatlinburg. The water park kept the kids occupied and was fun. Breakfast was a nice variety; the pancake machine wasn’t working so the grandkids were bummed. We had a problem at check-in but that was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. »

« Great location, able to walk to many attractions. Rooms were big and clean. Good air conditioning and fridge, microwave. Only complaint, chemical smell from cleaning products. »

« The staff at the Bistro were very nice and helpful. Prices were on the high side but the same can be said for all of Gatlinburg. If you find you forgot something, there is a Walgreens within walking distance. »

« I refuse to give this property a poor rating because I have a lot of history with this hotel. Saying that over the years this hotel is not near what it used to be when I first started staying here. One of the worst things I would have to say is it no longer has a breakfast of any kind. The price of the rooms do not reflect that. Beyond that the rooms do need to be kept up by maintenance. We had a couple of plug fixtures that were protruding from the wall and could be very dangerous for younger...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
