« We sat and watched a major winter storm outside the window. Very exciting from within a cozy house. We enjoyed staying in a house where you could feel somebody's presence, rather than the "accessorized" vacation homes with welcoming signs from the Dollar store etc. Only thing lacking--place needs a new key box because the existing one is hard enough to use that it feels like it won't work. Gorgeous place! »

« When we arrived at the property, it was exactly as described in the listing and even a little larger than we expected. The setting was beautiful and so peaceful! I loved watching the water from my seat around the fire and listening to all of the woodland creatures going about their day. My son also loved that it was a "classic" Maine Camp.... it was just like one would imagine. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. »

« My wife and I stay for a long weekend, had a great time! Anything you might need is provided, watched the sun rise over the lake right from the dinning table, enjoyed the gas fireplace at night. Off the beaten path but not really 5min and your on the main drag with a multitude of stores. I'm sure its even nicer in the warm weather. »
