Downtown Convenience, Bright And Beautiful!

This cozy modern condo in the heart of downtown Durango is sure to please. It's the perfect spot to access any activity you wish to take advantage of during your Durango visit. No need to ever lug your belongings upstairs, this unit is accessible via an elevator. The unit also has two well lit dedicated parking spots located in the lot below. Enjoy the views from your own expansive private deck or kick back indoors with the massive sliders open wide while taking in the breeze and relaxing in this brand new custom pad. Looking for a peaceful nights rest? This is your place. The unit also has brand new beds and linens. Don't feel like cooking? Just walk out your door and hit up one of the many restaurants that downtown Durango has to offer. Or choose to stay in and enjoy the beautiful fully stocked custom kitchen. Living is easy at this location. Come check it out!

Located downtown, and only one block off of main street. We are above 2nd Ave Sports where you can rent bicycles, or ski gear.

**Parking Lot cannot accommodate oversize vehicles like RV's and Motor homes. Our parking spaces are 20 feet long. There is free parking in the neighborhood behind the building and free city parking on the weekends. **

Perfect stay during a meaningful time!

We stayed here while in town for a memorial service for my son’s father, so it was an emotional trip—and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I actually used to live in this town back in my college days, so coming back was meaningful in a lot of ways.The condo was absolutely perfect. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even nicer in person. It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into making it a welcoming space.The location is unbeatable—close to everything, and it brought back a lot of memories for me. It was exactly the kind of peaceful and comfortable space we needed during a tough time.Huge thanks to the hosts for sharing such a great spot. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Christmas Reunion

Great location! Walking distance to downtown attractions. Ample parking and easy access to condo. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Great size for 6 adults. Wonderful primary bedroom. The outside patio was extremely large and has a wonderful view! We will definitely consider this condo for our next trip to Durango.

75th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my 75th birthday and it was perfect! Check in info was timely and detailed making the process seamless. The property itself was upscale and spotless, beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Being on the third floor, the west and south facing views are amazing. The sunsets were gorgeous off the large deck with comfortable furniture to rest on after an active day. I highly recommend this beautiful property. We will certainly be back!

Awesome Condo in Great Location

We couldn't have asked for anything more. This condo is a very spacious, modern property where the owners spared no expense when building. The last thing I want to do on vacation is cook but, if that's what you want to do, the kitchen was more well-stocked than any condo we have stayed in before. Comfortable furnishings, a large private balcony with awesome views, and a very short walk to the train station and all the restaurants and shops on Main Street made this the perfect location for our Durango vacation. We highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property

One of our favorite VRBO properties that we've stayed at. Owners were quick to respond, the location is perfect, parking is easy, and the view and condo are amazing. Will definitely try to stay here the next time we're in Durango.
