"Floor was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been mopped ever, I brought my own mop and vaccum thankfully and it took 4 buckets to mop to room because it was so dirty. I wouldn’t consider this a premium newly remodeled room because the only newness was counter tops and cabinets that’s it everything else appears to be original to building being built. Hot tub at pool was broken and putt put course has seen better days, greens were missing. "

"Beach view was good. Room was clean but in poor repair. Self park is a block away so you have to pay for valet. When I was stung by a jellyfish they told me they couldn’t help me and wouldn’t call someone to help me, I had to walk back out to the beach and find a lifeguard. Every time I went to the front desk their computer was down, during check in and check out. However the location is good."

"The place is very outdated and not very clean. The hallways smell like weed 24/7 and they only have one elevator that works and it’s tiny so we took the stairs every time thankfully we were only on the 4th floor. Understand it’s at the beach so it was fine for a short getaway for the price but the entire place needs and update. The free breakfast is gross, the restaurant/bar was never open while we were there and the parking is awful! Not sure we would stay again but as they say you get what you pay for. "

"Front desk women mean for no reason . It was almost very suspicious. We are such a kind and friendly family with manners 'please thank you type people and every person in the front dest was mean with no reason ."

"They didn’t give us a Balcony. Also there was a lot of obnoxious kids there for a ROTC event."
