"The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome! "

"We always take a trip with our besties & found that january & February are the best times time go. This was a cute cottage in a small cul-de-sac if you wanna call it. Quiet neighborhood. Just enough away from the noise of town but you could walk if you wanted to. The house was clean, just as described on the listing & hosts were quick to respond to any questions. "Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. "Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again"

"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "
