Le système de chauffage est un peu vétuste et très bruyant, et il fait froid dans la salle de bains. Nous étions hors saison donc pas de petit dej (restaurant fermé), ce dont nous n'avions pas été prévenus, et l’hôtel a testé les alarmes incendie des chambres pendant plus de 30mn c'était gênant. I can see this being difficult for those that don't get there early enough to find parking. The staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. It seriously was a joy staying here. The location was convenient, we enjoyed the hot tub, and loved how close it was to the gondola and downtown.
