The owners, Sheila and Alan were excellent hosts. We were spoiled in their lovely guesthouse. So many breakfast choices. The setting is quiet and peaceful. The room was large and super clean. They have thought of everything! Large selection of in room teas and coffees, biscuits, hot chocolate, tea cakes. A fridge with water, oranges and Coke. A white noise machine, a smart speaker. A warm welcome from Rach and a comfortable and cozy room. Excellent dinner recommendations and a courtesy shuttle from the Loch Ness Inn made dining easy allowing a glass of wine with dinner. Very comfortable bed in the Mary Queen of Scots room and a wonderful Scottish breakfast and terrific conversation with Mark.

Whitebridge Hotel was an amazing treasure! It was a bit off the beaten path, but was like a breath of fresh air. Situated in an area full of natural beauty, the Hotel has lots of areas designed to sit and enjoy. Built in 1899, it has this old world charm that’s been beautifully maintained. A very pretty little hotel in Lewiston, Drumnadrochit, about 1 kilometre from Loch Ness itself. This is an older inn that has been renovated and upgraded to provide all of the modern amenities while retaining a great deal of charm! We requested accessible rooms as two of our party have mobility issues, and we were given two lovely rooms on the ground floor out the back of the hotel.
