"Check-in was fine. The guy at the desk was pleasant but staff are unavailable after 10. Limited parking you have to fight with the tourist shop traffic co-located with the hotel. "The doors were difficult to unlock. Bathroom was not en-suite but down the hall with another lock on it. E had water dripping through ceiling and when we reached out to ask for help from host, we received no response. Washer and dryer were available as well as kitchen area."
