I’ve stayed here previously but this visit was a little different. Hotel was full with a large number of a dance group with parents and children of all ages. Lots of noise, banging doors incessantly, running and talking in the hallways, generally little peace & quiet over a 2 night stay. Management is great and shut down the noise from the room above when I requested at midnight. Myself & other guests also told the kids to knock it off. This morning the building alarm was triggered and I was out of there, the noise was incredible and the fire engine pulling in as I left. Thank you to the parents and their lack of good behaviour instilled to their children. I will stay here again but may enquire first as to any group bookings. Great restaurant on site and easy access to main hwy.

Doors slamming throughout the hotel all night, no security aspect as anyone can walk in off the street and access the elevator or stairs with full unchecked access to the entire hotel. Given the surrounding area and issues, this is not ideal.
