"The room was extremely clean, the manager was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out, and the manager went out of his way to organise an early check-in for us as we had been travelling for almost 30 hours before arriving. The location is great and within very easy walking distance of all local attractions. There was some noise from trams passing but earplugs were available at reception."

Snídaně bohaté s velkým výběrem rozmanitosti od masa, sýrů, zeleniny, dezertů po jogurty a cosi jako vegan. Prostor pro snídaně veliký a v něm personál ochotný, slušný, zvládal častý nápor strávníků lačných po dobré snídani. Umístění hotelu v centru města bezvadné.
