Clean house with great bunk beds for kids in their own bedroom. Kids enjoyed the train theme of the main section of house. Easy 10 min walk into Canal District or an easy 2 min drive. Could benefit from some landscaping and general weed control in the backyard as well as a water spigot out back to wash off sand. The downfalls- upstairs master bedroom is really bright in the morning if you are sensitive to light when sleeping. There was also no central AC in the cabin and we were there over a couple really hot days. Just a window cooling unit in master bedroom upstairs. ##### Gina C.
