The Pequaywan snowmobile trail and ATV/UTV trails pass through our large parking lot and provides access to dozens of other state and local trails. Located on the Little Pequaywan Lake and the Cloquet River. You will hear the bar kitchen during the day, which we didn't mind. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Had lots of fun fishing off the dock. Rented canoes from UMD and went on rides on Smith Lake right across the street. Bedroom were all good except 2 did not have a window a/c but we did not use those rooms. TV in living room was a little small but we were not there very long in the evenings.
