Minnesota Point Beach House 5 is located on Park Point which is surrounded by the pristine waters of Lake Superior. This property is one city block from the public access to 6 miles of sandy beach on Lake Superior. It is only 4 blocks from the Aerial Lift Bridge and all that Canal Park has to offer.

Two bedroom, One bath.

Our house comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The front bedroom has a bunkbed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top. The back bedroom has a queen bed.

The bathroom has a full shower and tub.

We provide free Wi-fi. Our living room has comfy seating for 4, an electric fireplace, and a TV with DVD player.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and is fully-supplied with all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you'll need to have a wonderful home cooked meal away from home!

The house was cozy and had all the amenities we expected. The fireplace is the funkiest fireplace we’ve ever seen! The location of the house is excellent for exploring the point and the lake. You can walk to bars and shops over the bridge if the weather is warm enough!

Home was exceptionally clean. Very close to Canal Park,Resteraunts and site seeing. One of the cleanest homes I have stayed in!The home is not on the water but in a quiet neighborhood. Beach access is not far and within walking distance. The leather chair was very comfortable, the couch needed some reinforcement in the cushions. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions. The added fees from VRBO make a reasonably priced rental a bit more expensive. We love Duluth so will be back!

Great spot and location. Cozy vibe. Reduced one star for two reasons: 1. Price is high compared to other area options. 2. Furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Particularly the Queen bed in the main bedroom. If you are going to charge a market premium, then have a modern memory foam mattress and good pillows instead of a saggy spring mattress from the 90s.

Quaint little home.

Very clean and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only difficulty was trying to back out of driveway as it was hard to see traffic coming from around the curve. Would highly recommend this place to others though.

Great value for house just a few minutes walk from the Lift Bridge, Canal Park, and Lake Superior beach. Has all the essentials - nothing fancy but entirely comfortable.

Cleanest rental ever!

Stayed Fri - Wed. My daughters family stayed across the street, which was lake front. Her house also impeccably clean! But to be beachfront directly on the sand with no fence blocking the view - heaven! It's what people want when staying lakefront!

Perfect Vacation House

We loved this 2 bedroom 1 bath house. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy with a great shower/tub. We loved that there was a washer / dryer in the basement. Bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space to put our things away. The sunroom was an added bonus, we played games out there. Entry was easy access. We didn’t need the fireplace but it looked perfect for cooler temps. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and Heather came right over with it. Communication was wonderful throughout the process. Parking was ample and convenient. We will definitely be back. We love this area and have stayed before, this home was perfect for us.
