The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and personable. Our suite was very clean and the views were incredible! I was a little disappointed that the shower water didn’t get very hot and that the hot tub was not very hot either. Aside from those two things it was a great experience!

Easy check in. Lovely hot chocolate bar upon arrival. Free shuttles to Bentleyville. Gorgeous view over Lake Superior. So nice to be out of the bustle of Canal Park! Easy access to UMD or St. Scholastica. We will be booking again.

The staff was fantastic! The amenities were great as always! Only downside was the room was not dusted food remained on the chairs and side of dining table as well as crumbs on the floor. I figure it was just an off day for house keeping. I will come back here as I love the staff and the location!
