"This place is quiet and was the perfect stay. We loved watching the deer and even saw some cute little bunnies! The kitchen has everything you could want or need and the bathrooms have your shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The hot was was a nice way to end the day! The upstairs does not cool down well but a few fans helped. Screens on the doors would be a bonus."

"My friends and I came out for a little week-long summer getaway here and absolutely loved it. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with - friendly and helpful. The space was absolutely wonderful - very spacious and comfortable. The host also thought of everything - there were cozy throw blankets everywhere, comfy chairs, and a big dining room table for group dinners and games. The pantry was especially convenient, as was the fact there are three full baths in the house. A, we loved this place and would love to stay again."

"Great location super close to Pagosa Springs. And the rodeo and my family Loved the Views. And all the wild life around the house was amazing seeing all the deer every afternoon was the cherry on top. The house was super clean and well taken care of. We Will definitely Rent this property Again. Next time we have a Trip to Pagosa springs !"

"This house was definitely the mountain experience I was looking for! The house held 5 of us very comfortably, and would have held more if needed. My favorite part was the patios, both upper and lower to keep you out of the sun/rain, and that there were no visible neighbors. The road was a little loud, and the inside stairs were a bit tricky, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful views and a clean and well appointed home. The kitchen was very well stocked and outdoor and indoor seating was plentiful. Plenty of games provided. Beds were comfortable. The house gets very warm mid-afternoon (no AC) but there were fans so we managed. The lower level was cooler. Would consider staying here again."
