"Communication could have been smoother for an after hours arrival that was noted in the booking, but check in was super easy when we got there. Place was tidy and had everything in the description. Comfortable (firm) mattress. Parking was incredibly convenient and easy. Lost key charge is $100, which is excessive."

"The living area with a wonderful kitchen is fabulous. We really appreciated having decent towels! The home is very well equipped with things to do at the beach. Some of the bedrooms lack closets, which is helpful to know when deciding what to pack."

"I will start by saying that with EVERY beach house there will be flaws. So I’m not going to focus on that. We had a great stay above all else. The house stayed cool to our liking unlike other beach houses we’ve rented where the HVAC unit struggled to get even below 80 in the house. The pool was amazing and stayed clean. Same with the hot tub. The bikes were great for the kids and adults alike! The neighborhood is quiet and exactly what we needed. Cops had to go to a house below us for an altercation- but that’s beach life. There was a dog next door that barked some- however wasn’t disturbing to our peace and quiet. (And that house may have been a rental also). The go carts were an awesome bonus! We enjoyed those and touring the beautiful little town of Duck. I saw some reviews about the televisions not working- I think that’s an internet issue- however we didn’t address it because we didn’t go to watch tv. There was a PLENTY of room for our party of 10. Plenty. We all had the space to find our own peace and quiet when we needed the time to just chill. Kitchen was very nicely stocked. We did not use the coffee pots and bought one instead as the pots there were kind of dirty. Again- not a deal breaker at all. Host seems to be nice people- and were made aware of some issues- again not deal breakers for us. All in all- a great stay."

"Beautiful home with plenty of space for everybody to stay. House was on a quiet street and easy to find. Saw everything from butterflies to deer at the house! The code provided for check in never worked and we had to find another way into the house. Communication with the host was okay, when they reached out-they had a timely response back but we never received responses to inquiries prior to arriving about amenities at the house. Not a huge deal. Golf cart access, pool, and hot tub are all a huge seller! We had a good few laughs around the table outside!"
