The place was dirty, grim all over the floor. The bathroom was incredibly small. It is located in a very terrible part of the city with human feces on the sidewalks surrounding the location. Loud drunks wander the neighbourhood at night so can’t sleep with windows open

It was in the right location. I could walk to everything or catch the LUAS or a bus. The garden area is beautiful. The facility is well-maintained and the staff are quite nice.

They never changed the sheets, and I stayed for 11 nights. But I think for the price, the room is pretty good. The mattresses are decent. It has a lovely coworking space, but the listing says it has a kitchen, and it doesn't.

The property is well located with easy access to public transport, not the closest for walking into town but is doable , the check in/out was smooth no queues, 24h access to your room.the room itself was as per pics , the bed is comfortable*see note, there's enough space for one person in the single room, the bathroom was just opposite my room, the room itself was clean . The price was unbeatable, there are plenty of cafes , take aways and a very useful and friendly Central(shop) very near by. Now the cons : the worse was the shared bathroom, although I never had to wait for it, I stayed for 3 nights and it was never cleanned once!! It got quite dirty. There's no toilet paper in the shared bathroom, You are provided with toilet paper there's no soap in the bathroom either to wash your hands either (you get some for you in your room) so you have to be remebering to take your own every time you use the toilet, *The bed although comfortable was very squeaky! As I. Excessively, And the noise from doors opening and closing after midnight kept me awake till about 2 am , the doors are very noisey and there's doors to get into corridors so there's lots of them it was very noisy on a weekend as there were concerts both nights. Would I stay here again ? Yes cause of the price And location .

Do not stay here. It is student housing that should not be listed on hotel sites as accommodation for travelers. Hostels or the street and sleeping bag are better and the "staff" are not hospitality staff, that is why they won't be availableon weekends or odd hours. There has to be a standard in Dublin for hospitality and accommodation--and someone should report what these folks are doing. There is no A/C or fan because these are not supposed to house people in the summer. It is borderline unsafe and should be illegal. We left when the door handle fell off and it became clear they are renting the broken down student apartments in summer to pay for repairs for the students returning in the Fall. Don't do what I did and disbelieve all the bad reviews. I don't know that all the student dorms are as poorly run but this one is terrible. We stayed there for 2 hours and that was 2 hours too long.

I have just arrived home after staying at this accommodation for 4 nights. The rooms themselves are quite good, modern, small, clean, and have the bare essentials you need. The location is quite good with it being only a 1.5 to 2km walk to Temple Bar and other attractions. The street the accommodation is on has convenience shops and cafes which were really quite good. Things to consider when you stay here: It is essentially student accommodation so there are no frills. You will need to buy your own toilet paper, and try and get more than one towel for your room. The bins in the communal areas are overflowing with rubbish, the gardens are overgrown with weeds and dead plants, and people think nothing about smoking cannabis openly here. It can also be noisy at times too, but none of those points were a problem for us as such as we were only sleeping there, and out all day and night. Unfortunately for us, we had no hot water for all 4 nights we stayed there. Nobody cared, nobody could do anything about it, nobody could change our room...and that's the worst part about this place, there is 1 person on reception and that is it - so if anything goes wrong you are screwed. To summarise, If you are lucky enough to have hot water then I would say this is good value for money, and perfectly adequate accommodation if you are in Dublin for a few nights. It was just disappointing nobody could be bothered to help us with the water situation

Everything was great. I will say that they went above and beyond helping. They are very kind and talkative, which is nice. They provided a map of Dublin. My room was very clean: the only problem was I wish they had the bathroom cleaned more often. But nobody bothered me. My key never had a single problem working. There are elevators which is so nice if you bring lots of bags. The washer and dryers there were easy and fast to use them. They don’t take cash for the washer or dryer. I used Apple Pay and it worked fine. They have a lounge in the basement which is nice for studying and hanging out. They have a gym to exercise in. They have a water bottle fill up in the gym you can use. They said they have a 24/7 reception. I don’t think it’s true. Plan your arrival to be on time and communicate with them so that your key can be in the lockbox inside. I’m not sure how that works if someone arrived outside of their office hours. To my knowledge there is no ability to arrive earlier than planned so just arrive on time and during office hours. They should have a better arrival window than 4pm-7pm. If you arrive after 5pm their office closes and you have to use their lockbox set up which is slightly complication. So if you want to check in and ask questions that’s only between 4-5pm which is too difficult in my opinion coming in from international flights and all. Other than that, they provide towels, bedding, and toilet paper. And the room was very nice and ready to use. Thank you!

There was no one available at the property when I arrived (at 7pm) so I wasn't able to check in and had to book somewhere else. They then flat out refused to refund me even though I didn't stay and was left in a foreign country with nowhere to stay. Avoid at all costs.

It’s a good option if you’re over hostels and want your own room. But the doors slam so hard it wakes other residents. Bathroom was moderately clean. Also there’s not someone on staff so if you loose your key your in major trouble. Not the staffs fault but one of my neighbours decided to smoke a cigarette in the middle of the night causing the entire floor to stink

Worst decision ever to go with this stay. - lift no working , I had to take my luggages up and down 4 floors. - no trash bin, tooth brush - the front door doesn’t work with the card sometimes so I have to wait until someone comes by - my room door does not lock - 0 soundproof walls and windows. Is so noisy at night until 11pm+

The worst experience ever, we arrived at 8.30pm and the reception was already closed instead of 10pm. So i call the number on the door and they said me my reservation was deleted, i was in overbooking even if already did the check in and the reservation was confirmed. So i tried to find a different place but literally the whole city was full with no free places because of Robbie Williams concert. So probably what happened is they sold for higher, but i didn't find any accomodation and spent all night out with all my bags. Terrible

The property has not replied to any of my emails or messages since the day I checked in, 1.5 weeks ago. It was a good thing I was staying only for 3 nights, even that was a terrible experience with a filthy bathroom due to which I did not use the toilet or shower throughout my stay while attending a conference due to which I was itchy and smelly by the end. The bedroom was not as bad as the bathroom but the heat buildup inside did not leave until opening windows for 5 hours. Till date, they have neither reached out nor responded to my messages. I would still like some sort of compensation for suffering through this.

Confirmation emails were sent using an off-white font on a white background, almost impossible to read. The guest verification portal deleted some details already entered, which then had to be entered again. The portal didn't inform me that my PC needed a camera until I had filled in all my details. I had to repeat completing the forms again on my phone (also partially deleting the first guest's details) only to be told my phone camera did not have a high enough resolution. My phone had double the resolution required. Very poor, I won't be booking here again.

the advertising and follow up communication for this property was highly misleading. This is student housing converted for short term stays, they do not make it obvious that basic amenities and kitchen access are not available until the confirmation emails so it felt a bit like a bait and switch. the confirmation for the reservation included a lot of information that was not relevant to us, or a surprise after reading the listing. not late arrival friendly. The boiler control was not working well, the shower was either too hot to actually stand in, or freezing cold. no in between despite following use instructions, watching videos, trying tweaks, etc. just not user friendly (or not working properly) otherwise, there was a nice amount of space, it was a convenient location. but for the price, id suggest getting a hotel in the area instead. the lack of amenities (like supplying our own toilet paper, no fresh towels) made for an inconvenient stay.
