Elevator broken .hauled. luggage up and down stairs. We are two women traveling by ourselves. We are 69 and 68 years old.

Hi Tina,We had 1 elevator down for maintenance but we have 2 more that was working.We could have got someone to help with the bags, sorry about that.

We loved the food at both the restaurants & the staff were very helpful with local attraction and public transportation information. The room was very quiet. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the Heuston train station and a 15 minute walk to the zoo. Very safe area of Dublin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The premises were super clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a busy place and wait times could be long - the staff were doing the best they could with huge influxes of people and limited number of tables. The menu should vary more though.

Very nice hotel with great helpful reception staff! Conveniently located, parking garage on site. Nice room, asked for refrigerator for medication, promptly delivered. Very good breakfast buffet! Would recommend it and stay there again!

We were able to WALK to a LOT of places of interest in Dublin we wanted to see--i.e. Guinness storehouse, Tart-with-the-Cart statue, etc. But the BIGGEST plus was its proximity to the aerport, WITHOUT having to drive through the city centre.

The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the train station and even closer to multiple bus lines and the light rail. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so it was a bit messy in the lobby and near the bar. Paid parking is available. The parking spots are very tight but there is a very helpful attendant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet.

The location was so convenient for visiting Guinness, the Smithfield area, the Liberties, Phoenix Park, and even over to Trinity College and Grafton Street. We walked everywhere because there were great pubs as mid-way stopping points for any long walks. On-site brekkie was the same daily but very good. They are currently renovating the hotel and would like to go back when all the updates are complete.

Great hotel with car parking - although very tight parking spaces and ramps. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meals good. Great location for Guinness Storehouse, which is about 15 to 20 minute walk. A bit out of the main city but Luas (tram) station only a short 3 minute walk.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff were very friendly. Ereka checked us in and was very personable and gave us all the information we needed to know. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bar food was great also.

Loved the family room!
Loved the family room with a double bed and 3 singles for my 3 kids. No one had to share! Wish they did this in the states. Great hotel and super friendly helpful staff. Also loved the location, close to Guinness and the zoo.
