Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed living space adorned with contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation and rejuvenation. The living area features plush seating arrangements, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city, while the adjoining fully equipped kitchen allows for effortless meal preparation. As the evening unfolds, retreat to the cozy bedroom adorned with premium linens and indulge in a restful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and step out onto the private balcony to savour breathtaking views of the Marina skyline. With access to an array of amenities including a swimming pool, fitness centre, and sauna, your stay at Cascades Tower 1 promises to be nothing short of extraordinary. Immerse yourself in the ultimate Dubai experience from the comfort of this exquisite apartment.  
  
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.  
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.  
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.  
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.  
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.  
  
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200\. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.  
  
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.  
A penalty fare of AED550 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
