This apartment offers contemporary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a prime location.   
  
The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at Circle Mall, just a 10-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savour your morning coffee while taking in calm greenery of JVC. This 1-bedroom apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a floor-to-ceiling window in the living area, allowing natural light to fill the space.

 ⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.
