Overall good: convenient, spacious and clean

Pros: - Location with a lot of convenience/grocery stores (although it is TECOM and not Al Barsha) - Spacious room and well decorated - Good room cleaning - Friendly staff - Walking distance from train - Private underground parking (free) - Sport and swimming facilities (e.g. Sauna, Hammam, Gym, Swimming pool, Jaccuzi) - Late check-out (12:00PM) Cons: - Poor Internet/WiFi connection (in our room at least) - Kitchen pan and pots in very poor condition - kitchen appliances a bit old but in working condition - Curtains almost impossible to open

The rooms are not clean. When we checked in, the room was not vacuum cleaned and the toilets could have been cleaner. The internet is very slow. The service team were not responsive. I found out that the hotel didn't have a technical person for the IT issues This hotel certainly needs maintenance

Tutto perfetto

l' hotel e' perfetto , il nostro appartamento con due camere da letto molto grande e con tutti i comfort... l'hotel e' un po' decentrato e la fermata della metro non vicinissima, qualsiasi destinazione va raggiunta con un mezzo di trasporto e noi abbiamo sempre optato per l'uso dei taxi...essendo molto convenienti e per nulla cari, all'interno dell'hotel c'e' l'uso gratuito di sauna bagno turco palestra e idromassaggio e di una piccola piscina posizionata sul tetto. ottima rapporto qualita' prezzo. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Leuk hotel vlakbij strand 7 min. met de auto.

Vlakbij metro en van daar kan je overal.het hotel is heel schoon er is vaatwasser.min punt is keuken spullen zijn heel oud .

This is a very nice hotel apartments. The rooms are big the kitchen is big and our apartment had 3 bathrooms with two bedrooms also a balcony. The kitchen is moderately equipped but there could have been a little bit more provided. Such as small pkg. of soaps for the first time use of dishwasher and clothes washer. Very easy parking. The location is also easy in easy out.

Good but...

Hotel rooms were in good condition, very spacious and comfortable. Only complain is for hotel service. Money were stolen from wallet left at hotel room and the receptionist was unpleasant and made problems with our booking.

Clean hotel with good eminities, may occasionally need replacement small appliances like irons. Metro station looks quite near, it is but due to entry exit ways, it takes a walk of almost 20 minutes to reach metro train.

Best apartelle in Dubai,UAE

It was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable for family. The staff specially Mr.JC was very nice and helpful. All request was given in a short time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and when I go back to Dubai, we will stay in this hotel again.

bon apparthotel au milieu des buildings.

Grand appartement,140m2 pour 3pers,3salles de bains,trés propre,menage quotidien(contrairement à d'autres critiques que je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas!!!),internet bas debit offert,petite piscine sur le toit ,sauna,hammam jaccuzi , personnel dans l'ensemble vraiment trés sympa, metro à500m,sinon taxi facilement disponible et trés abordable,à quelques km de la plage de la marina ou de Jumeirah(plus calme),du mall of Emirate,à environ 15 km de Burj Khalifa. le seul bémol , endroit plutot bruyant car immeuble en construction en face, mais nous étions absents la journée , on a donc pas trop souffert de ce probléme. Franchement rien à dire au final , bon rapport qualité prix(Dubai reste une destination relativement chere par rapport à l'Asie) , j'y retournerai sans probléme.
