The rooms could use a little rejuvenation and the bed sheets need to be changed for new ones. The shower pressure was one of the best we had in Morocco so far and the water was hot. Interior is tastefully decorated but the smell of the nearby farm animals wafting through the building was unpleasant. "The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."

"Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"Very friendly, helpful staff. Property is charming, quiet and comfortable and has lots of character. A bit far from most points of interest, including Djama El Fna, about a 20 min. walk, half on noisy, traffic-filled streets. But easy enough to get taxis to and fro."
