"Breakfast was delicious - eggs, sausages, croissant or English muffins, cereal, pancakes - the works. Much nicer than the "Continental" breakfasts many hotels have. Hotel staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and the staff member even upgraded us to a room with a hot-tub! (This was GREATLY appreciated after I got us lost on a hike and we ended up walking over 7 miles for 6 hours while birding, and our sore muscles NEEDED that hot soak!) The room was clean and quiet. "The place was really nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, lots of dishes and pots/pans, some potholders and an oven mitt, had coffee pots and a dishwasher. There's four beds, and the couch pulls out into a bed (very comfy, I did actually like sleeping on it). The parking was a little awkward to find, but once we did it was in a great spot that was easy to get to. It's in a good location, lots of shopping and places to eat right around the corner. It was perfect for the trip we had planned, everyone had a great time and loved the cute decor. "

"This place is absolutely adorable and Brian David are excellent hosts. The home had such character, so many cozy lil nooks to enjoy and the food was so yummy and fresh. It was an easy walk into town and we will be making this “our place” we stay every time we come to Galena. "
