I didn't like the fact that maid service wasn't clearly explained. I had to request it, and even after I requested it, they never came to clean my room the entire stay (4 nights).

Everything was great except no king beds. And the queen bed was AWFUL. Mattress left us rolling towards the middle - like it had a hole in the middle - or box spring was broken. Came back very sore. Otherwise… WONDERFUL LOCATION. Great staff and amenities. No complaints otherwise.
