"When I walked into the room is was so clean and set up perfect. I was at a wake and funeral so I was only staying the night. After I checked in I could not find the remote anywhere. I told the gentleman at the desk I couldn’t find the remote and I was going out and asked if it was possible to get on and I would get it on my way back in.
