« Overall nice clean and well stocked. The problem was the apparent rental tenant above. Thin floor, could hear normal conversation, bad couples fighting cussing midnight and 3 in the morning, next evening loud sexual activities. Got no sleep and will not be back. Very old house. »

« This was a great home in Atlanta in a good historical neighborhood. My wife, and three kids and I, all stayed here and found the space accommodating. Additionally, it was a cold night (below 30), and the homeowner messaged me to let me know they have heaters available for us just in case. »

« Had a slight issue checking in with the door code, but that was resolved within minutes and the response from their team was excellent, both via text and phone. The apartment was massive, I was not expecting it to be as large as it was and it was very well located to get to downtown and mid town. Parking is a great bonus, although we had a larger truck, so couldn't really utilize it. That was an us issue though and nothing that was their fault »

« Todd’s home was beautifully kept; pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfectly spacious enough for two people with lots of storage space, and kept clean with nice decor. There’s a great view of the sunset from the balcony that overlooks the pool. I loved being able to access the building amenities such as the pool and the gym, as well as the in unit amenities like the Keurig, in-unit laundry, and valet trash.
