« L'accueil a été exceptionnel le premier jour, le monsieur était sympathique, parlait parfaitement anglais, nous a donné des conseils. La chambre était bien, nous étions ravis (avec un coin cuisine). Le lendemain, la dame ne parlait pas bien anglais, mieux allemand, et nous a redemandé de payer la taxe locale-que nous avions réglée la veille. Elle a fini par en trouver la trace. Mais rebelote au restaurant -le serveur voulait que nous repayions le petit déjeuner qui était inclus dans le prix...

« We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped, centrally located flat in Hévíz. Being steps away from the thermal lake and great restaurant options made for an enjoyable week in town, plus we could easily explore the surrounding Lake Balaton area. « The hosts were extremely helpful and greeted us even when we arrived late at night. Pur apartment was on the ground floor, so it was not hot, and it has a pretty yard to chill with table and a couch. Its a bit up on the hill, and the lake is about 10-15min walk. The condition is pretty basic, but still, it was confortable to sleep. And it had everything we needed for cooking. »

Die Einrichtung ist neu, komfortabel und für unsere Erwartungen auch vollständig. Uns standen im Appartement beispielsweise ein großer LED-TV, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Fön, ausreichend Schränke (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) usw. zur Verfügung. « Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit wundervollen Gastgebern! Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar ruhig am Hang. Es ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist klein aber fein und bietet die benötigte Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr hilfreich :-) Die Matratzen sind hart (das nur als Info). Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt - volle Empfehlung! »

"La porte du frigo nous est restée dans les mains dès la première utilisation ainsi que la poignée de porte. Il y a du tapis dans les chambre ce qui n'est pas adapté pour les ashmatique. Par contre le personnel s'est rapidement mobilisé pour retablir la sutuation et faire les réparations necessaires. Le petit dejeuner inclu est intéressant et varié. "
